Cross Border Fixtures and Tours (Adult & Youth)

CROSS BORDER FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR ANY MATCH BEING PLAYED AGAINST A TEAM FROM ACROSS THE BORDER.  THIS APPLIES TO BOTH ADULT AND YOUTH.

Cross Border Tours (Youth and Adult) - Incoming and Outgoing.

If the Tour or Match is with a cross border side (this includes matches with Scottish, Irish and Welsh sides), all necessary paperwork must be completed otherwise insurance could be compromised.   Incoming and /or outgoing cross border forms can found at the foot of this page.

Forms must be completed and sent in to the County Office for signing off.

Once completed forms are received, the Hon Secretary or another Senior County Offical will sign off and the completed document will be returned to you for your files.  If playing a Scottish side, a copy of the form is also sent on to SRU for their files.

If hosting a cross border team, please ensure that all necessary risk assessment checks have been undertaken as you would on any other normal match day and ensure that paperwork showing the assessment has taken place has been filed as appropriate.

If you need assistance with risk assessments, Percy Park RFC Health and Safety (risk assessment) forms can also be found on this page. Percy Park are happy for clubs in county to use their paperwork as basis for your assessments, however you will need to alter club logos and some wording on pages used, as the examples below all contain reference to Percy Park.

Insurance

Clubs must ensure adequate insurance is in place and advice on this matter can be found if you follow this link.  http://www.englandrugby.com/governance/game-support/rugby-tours/resources-and-forms/

If you need any advice on completion of the various tour forms, please contact the County Office.
