Tynedale R.F.U Youth Section would like to invite your Under 10’s, Under 11’s and Under 12’s to be part of this year’s Tynedale Festival on Sunday 29th April 2018 at Tynedale Park Corbridge Northumberland NE45 5AY

 

The closing date will be Saturday 31st March 2018 or sooner should all the places be taken for the event.

The entry fee will be £45 pounds per team. The application form is attached. Confirmation of your team’s place will be sent via email.

Tynedale Festival Information

09:00 Gates open Teams to register at the control room in club house on arrival.

10:15 All teams must be registered by this time

10:20 Referees briefing by the steps front of the club house

10:25 Coaches briefing by the steps in front of the clubhouse

10:45 Group games commence

14:30 Front of club house for medal presentation and raffle draw

Please note that all players taking part in the festival must be RFU registered players. It is the coaches responsibility to ensure that their players are registered.
