This Friday's sessions at Northern for under 13s and 14s will NOT go ahead for obvious reasons. We will try to find a new date . In the mean time can I ask the lads to do a bit of homework. 1. Learn the Principles of Play. Look at World Rugby website and Newcastle Falcons YouTube channel.
2. think of a top player you think is really good and see if you can work out what principles of play they demonstrate best. Try looking for footage on YouTube. You can discuss this with one of the coaches at the next session.
