DPP Coaching Opportunities
A number of opportunities have arisen to join the coaching staff within the Northumberland Developing Player Programme for the Newcastle Falcons. Positions are currently voluntary within the centres. Regular CPD is offered however, along with the opportunity to help shape the talent of young rugby players in the North East.
Coaches must hold a RFU level 2 qualification, RFU first aid (or equivalent) and must have completed the headcase online module as a minimum requirement. Experience of delivering adaptive games and providing players with feedback are also beneficial.
Commitment is essential to the programme, we are looking for coaches who will attend sessions regularly and with enthusiasm, if you feel you are right for the job, please get in touch.
