DPP Festival at Kingston Park on Sunday 9th April

Information for Parents and Players

Under 14’s Festival

1pm - U14’s Arrive at West Stand Concourse for registration and player/parent briefing.

1.20pm - U14s Start Festival

3pm - U14s Depart

Can parents please ensure all players are registered on arrival.  There will be registration sheets available in the West Stand.

There are also still some players who have yet to return Representative Rugby Forms. If you have not as yet completed or returned a form for this season please make sure you bring it with you on the 9th.  Forms are available on the relevant age group and area page on the County Website.

Note - U14s should not play in the morning and then again in the afternoon.  You need to take control of your career and manage game-time accordingly.

 

General Information

The West Stand Concourse is the meeting point and any excess kit/ food/ adults can be left in there throughout the Festival.

Parking is allowed anywhere on the site.

Players should arrive at 10am (U13) and 1pm (U14) for registration and be ready to start at 10.20am and 1.20pm respectively.

Parents/ Guardians should bring any food and snacks, and flasks of tea/ coffee they need - Self-Organisation

The players need to be changed and ready to go with whatever kit they believe matches the weather conditions - Self-Organisation

The players need to bring sufficient water as there will be regular water breaks - Self-Organisation

We hope everyone has a great day and an opportunity to showcase the skills they have learnt in this first block of sessions. Remember – this is supposed to be FUN.

 

After the Festival in April, there will then be a break before Block Two training dates begin in July.
