Age Grade Round Robin Form

Regulation 15.9 states that

• Competitions, Tournaments, Festivals, Rugby Camps and Tours are permitted but the following conditions must be met:

• • Regulation 15 is complied with in full;
  • They are in line with the Age Grade Playing Calendar and competition format of the specific age grade; and
  • Written prior approval is obtained

Northumberland RFU requires that notifications of Age Grade Round Robin Fixtures are received (U7 to U18).

The RFU defines a ‘festival’ as an event that involves three or more age teams competing in any rugby age group, this includes any age grade Round Robins.

Please complete the form below as soon as fixtures are added to your fixture list or picked up through any fixture exchanges.  

If clubs are hosting teams from across the border (eg SRU, Wales, Ireland, overseas) the usual Cross Border Form will need to be completed.  If when hosting these teams, three or more teams are involved eg one host club in Northumberland hosting another Northumberland club and a team from Scotland, a Festival form will need to be completed in addition to the Cross Border Form.

Please ensure notification is done as soon as possible ideally, not less than one week before the fixture.  We appreciate that last-minute matches will come in so will endeavour to sign off as soon as received.

All forms should be signed off by either the Club Chair of Age Grade or the Club Secretary.
