On Saturday 15th July 2023, Ashington RFC commemorated its centenary year with a fantastic celebration. The event was well attended by club dignitaries, current and former players, and members of the community who are connected to the club.
The ball which was held at the Village Hotel, featured speeches from the club president and the new first-team captain was presented with his tie. There was a delicious meal enjoyed by all, a raffle and other games before the band played well into the night.
Congratulations to Ashington RFC on reaching your centenary, here’s to another 100 years.
