Northumberland Rugby is saddened to learn of the death of Past President Alan Lockey.  Alan passed away in hospital on the 30th of December.

Alan will be a huge miss and I am sure we speak for everyone in expressing our condolences to Percy Park and to Judy and the family at this sad time.

Funeral details are not yet known, but these will be passed on when received.

We would also like to pass on condolences to Tynedale and the Cramb family following the passing of Rory Cramb, a much-loved player, member, and friend of the Tynedale Rugby Club family.

Following a fall, Rory suffered a devastating head injury and after several days in hospital under intensive care, he sadly passed away on Christmas Eve.

A very popular young man, Rory developed as a talented centre through the Junior section at Tynedale and frequently represented the club at both 1st XV and Raiders level. His last game was in the 1st XV against Billingham on the 16th of December where he was prominent in a fine win.

Our condolences and prayers go out to Suzy, Richard and all of Rory’s family and friends.

Funeral details will be passed on when received.
