Access Requirements

Any team official who wishes to input an EMC must meet the following criteria:

• Be assigned the Match Card Administrator role within GMS.
• Have a permission level of 1, 3, or 5.

To check your access:

• Log in to your GMS account.
• Go to the Competition Management module to verify your role and permission level.

Score Submission Process (Desktop)

1. Log into GMS and open the Competition tile.
2. Select the Match Card for the game you have just played.
3. Go to the Post Match tab.
4. In the Match Result box, scroll to find the result section.
5. Input the score and tries.
6. Scroll down and click Save.
7. Navigate to the Confirmation tab.
8. Click Home Team Complete.
9. Click Submit Match Card.

Submitting a Score on Mobile (GMS)

1. Go to https://gms.rfu.com/mobile and log in.
2. After the match, tap the ‘Score’ tab.
3. Enter the result, final score, and number of tries.
4. Tap ‘Submit Score’ – this updates the league table and prompts you to submit the Match Card.
5. Go to the ‘Confirmation’ tab, tick ‘Home Team Completed’, and tap Submit.
6. You’ll see a message confirming the Match Card was submitted. An email is then sent to the league secretary and both teams’ match card administrators.
