These sessions are a follow up to the pre-Christmas event that was held at Rockcliff. There are engagement opportunities between 2-8pm and there may well be a presentation as part of the session depending on the most popular topic selected from the options. (This may vary by geographical area). Full details will be circulated closer to the time.
As you can see from the poster we are looking at the following areas being represented with key departmental personnel at the event;
• Business operations: advice on how to generate revenue and reduce costs.
• Volunteers: how to identify, recruit and support volunteers.
• Coaching and Match Official workforce: understanding our current training offer, supporting clubs to develop their own workforce and updates planned for the 26/27 season.
• Player recruitment: ideas for how to attract and retain players including support for girls using our Love Rugby campaign.
• Education links: building sustainable links with schools, colleges, and universities. Guidance on key priorities and work programmes across Player Pipeline Team.
• Competitions Development: to understand additional playing opportunities, how to access the most appropriate on-pitch offer for your Men’s, Women’s and Age Grade players.
• Facilities and pitches: expert advice and guidance on club facility development plans and aspirations.
